需求

Must be an enrolled CVTC student. 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 will confirm student status with the CVTC Student Life Office.
提交 the 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 Housing Application and contract. By signing this contract, you are signing a lease with the University of Wisconsin-欧克莱尔. As long as you remain an enrolled student at CVTC you will be held to the term of this contract for the academic application period for which you are applying. Understand that you must obey the 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 Housing Policies.
Payments are made directly to 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 via mail, online payment or in person at Blugold Central (Vicki Lord Larson Hall 1108, 加菲猫大街105号). A 10% late fee of the remaining balance will be access if payment is not received by the specified deadline.

停车?

For Fall or Spring terms, please contact CVTC Student Life Office for parking option on the CVTC campus as there is no availability at 澳门葡京网赌送彩金. 夏季学期, residents may park on the 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 campus in any available “R” designated space for summer only at no charge.

资源?

The 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 student Resident Assistant and full-time staff Hall Director are available to assist students with questions or concerns throughout the academic year.

If you already have a roommate preference, 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 Housing will try to pair you together based on room availability. If you do not have a roommate preference or we are unable to honor your preference, you will be randomly paired with either another CVTC student or 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 student.

任务信息?

Fall Term: Student will receive assignment end of July or beginning of August

Spring Term: Student will receive assignments by mid-January

Summer Term: Student will receive assignments mid-May

How many spaces available?

All residence hall double spaces within Murray Hall are available on a first come first serve basis. Once a student submits their CVTC application, a space is held for this student and the protocol specified in the contract are followed to officially secure the space.

When are applications available?

Fall Term: Mid-September

费用和到期日?

2024-2025 rates will not be approved by the UW System Board of Regents until July 2024. For 2023-2024, the Murray Hall double rate is $2,547.50 per person, per semester.
Fall payments are due in early October. Spring payments are due in mid-February. Students should watch their CVTC emails for their invoice from 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 Housing with instructions on how to pay.
The deposit/pre-payment is applied to the student's first-term payment.

Move-in and Move-out Dates?

2024年春季: Move-in is Sunday, January 21, 2024. Students must be moved out no later than Saturday, May 18, 2024.
2024-2025: Move-in is Sunday, August 25, 2024. Students must be moved out no later than Saturday, May 17, 2025.

我可以在休息时间留下来吗?

All 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 residence halls remain open during Fall, Winter, and Spring breaks and are free of charge. Registration is required if staying over a break via My Housing Portal. A separate application is needed if a student wants to stay over the summer (available early April).
